How the day usually runs
Built backwards from your ceremony time. Most couples underestimate photographs and overestimate how long speeches should be.
Costs are typical proportions, not a quote. What a wedding costs depends enormously on where
you are, what time of year, and which day of the week. The lead times are how far ahead good
suppliers are usually booked rather than deadlines. One thing is not flexible: in England and
Wales you must give notice at a register office, and the notice is displayed for 28 clear days
before the ceremony can take place.
