SearchSoda Shop Assistant — A working enquiry bot

The brief, filling itself in

Nothing yet

This is the point, not the chat. A bot that only answers questions is a novelty. One that works out what somebody actually needs while it answers means the enquiry lands written up, and nobody has to email back asking which medium they paint in.

A demonstration. SearchSoda Art Supplies is an invented shop and nothing is sent or stored. This version matches on keywords against a written knowledge base rather than calling a language model, so it runs entirely in your browser. A live build would use a model with your own content behind it.
