Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 2026

This policy sets out what you may and may not publish or do with a website provided through SearchSoda Launchpad. It applies to every Launchpad site, whether on a .searchsoda.com address or your own connected domain. By subscribing to Launchpad you agree to these terms. It forms part of your subscription agreement with SearchSoda.

In short: keep it legal, keep it clean, and don't run schemes. If a site breaches this policy we may pause or remove it. Launchpad also runs on third-party hosting, so anything our hosting provider prohibits is prohibited here too.

1. Prohibited content and activities

You must not use a Launchpad site to host, link to, promote, or facilitate any of the following:

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything published on your site, including content you add yourself through the dashboard and anything submitted by your own visitors. You must hold all rights needed for the images, text, and other material you upload.

3. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe a site breaches this policy, we may pause it (take it offline) while we investigate, ask you to remove the offending material, or, for serious or repeated breaches, remove the site and close the account. Where the law requires it, or where a breach threatens the safety of others or the stability of the platform, we may act immediately and without notice. Breach of this policy is not grounds for a refund.

4. Third-party hosting

Launchpad sites are hosted on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, whose own acceptable-use rules also apply to your site. The categories above are aligned with those rules; where the provider's terms are stricter, the stricter terms apply.

5. Questions

If you're not sure whether something is allowed, ask us first at support@searchsoda.com.
